After confirmation that the apartment is available on the required dates and the total
price agreed, a deposit of 30% of the total price should be paid. 60% of this is refundable
on cancellations up to one month before the holiday.
Maestranza Marketing must receive no
later than one month before arrival
a cheque or bank transfer for the
full amount. In some cases it may be
possible to make payment in GB£ or
via
(3.5%
surcharge)
The apartment will be available from 5 p.m. latest on the day of arrival. It may be
available sooner depending on previous guests.
On departure, assuming no damage to the apartment, the initial deposit will be returned
in cash or cheque.
The apartment must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. This will be extended
at no cost if there are no following guests.
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupation. Sufficient bedding
etc. will be provided for the number of occupants.
On lets above one week bedding etc will be replaced after the first week unless agreed
otherwise at time of booking.
If you require additional cleaning this is chargeable at €14 per hour.
Cots, Playpens etc can be hired
at reasonable rates.

Maestranza Marketing and the apartment owners make every effort to ensure that the
apartments are of the highest standards and that all appliances and equipment function
perfectly. In the unlikely event of any appliance failure every effort will be made
to replace or repair during your stay but this is the extent of our liability.
Your safety is extremely important and again we make every effort to ensure our apartments
are perfectly safe however we can accept no liability for any accidents occurring
in the apartment or in the community. If you have any special needs or concerns please
advise us at the time of booking.
