Maestranza Marketing is a small independent company concentrating on apartments for rent in Spain and providing a complete service tailored to the requirements of both the property owners and the guests, regardless of the level of service required.

The core business is the maintenance and rentals of apartments  in the development of “La Maestranza", ideally positioned in the heart of this area. We feel that only by living and working in the complex is it possible to give the service expected.

The company is managed by ourselves, David and Janet Nicholson. Frustrated with poor service and after listening to some incredible 'horror' stories regarding apartment rentals in the area, we decided to build a small and satisfied customer base of tenants and landlords, with the objective of providing the level of service that we would expect ourselves in managing their apartments for rent.

For landlords, the management service can be exactly as required, from simply managing the apartments for rent  (long or short term) to a full cleaning and laundry service, airport collection, car hire etc.

As far as potential guests are concerned, it’s worth a phone call or e-mail just to obtain an honest opinion of where to look for apartments for rent, what’s around and to reduce the chances of buying a holiday with the “extra surprises” you can do with out.
